Hello, I’m hannah griswold.

I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN & LDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Professional Cook Certification. My passion revolves around food and how it nourishes your mind, body and spirit. I have helped thousands on their journey towards optimal health and look forward to helping you!

My story

My passion with food started in high school when I noticed just how much brighter my life was when used food intentionally. I began noticing the effect various foods had on my energy levels, mood, performance, skin, and overall well being. Through countless research, experiments, and diet trials over the years, I learned just how profound the impact of food and nutrition can be. Now, my passion is to help others find that light in their own life.

My purpose is to:

  • educate and show people how to use food in an intentional way to meet their individual health goals

  • help people build a positive relationship with food

  • make the experience enjoyable (yes, it is possible!)

  • My Food philosophy = Food is nourishment. Food is medicine. Food is life. Our relationship with food influences our health, longevity and well being. Being intentional and purposeful about our food choices does so much more for our mind, body and spirit than ever imagined.
