Session Options

Initial Assessment: $150
Our first 60-minute meeting will be the chance to get to know one another and learn how I can help you meet your goals. It includes a review of your past medical history, diet history, current dietary and lifestyle habits, and explore your personal nutrition goals. Tailored recommendations based on my nutritional assessment and your current lifestyle habits will be provided along with a summary of our plan and any applicable handouts.

Follow Up Session: $50
During 30 minute follow up sessions, we will reflect on your progress towards short-term goals and reassess your nutritional needs. Together, we will make a plan for any challenges you have faced along the way and develop new strategies you can use to reach your personal nutrition and lifestyle goals. I will provide education and additional tools and support that set you up for success including recipes, product recommendations, food journal review and handouts.
